  How do I become a member of Nanaimo Search and Rescue?

1. Fill out an application form.
2. One copy is given to Operations and one copy to the Society Executive.
3. After three months probation the applicant is recommended to the Society Executive for approval.
4. The applicant is approved to be a member of Nanaimo Search and Rescue.
5. The applicant will be given written notification from the Society if the application is declined.
6. The applicant is expected to complete the Ground Search and Rescue (GSAR) Course within 18 months of joining the Society.
